We want customers who stay because the product works, not because a refund is hard. This policy explains refund eligibility and procedure. Where Paddle or Gumroad terms differ, their statutory terms apply on top — this policy covers what we commit to beyond the baseline.
1. EU / UK 14-day withdrawal right
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers located in the EU, EEA or UK have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive confirmation of the order (for services) or take delivery of the first item (for digital goods).
1a. Digital content — explicit consent to waive withdrawal
For immediately downloadable digital content (one-click tool runs, template downloads, desktop app installers), Article 16(m) of the Directive allows the trader to exclude the right of withdrawal only where the consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance during the cooling-off period and acknowledged that this causes the withdrawal right to be lost.
We obtain that consent at checkout: by ticking the “I agree to the Terms and Refund Policy” box next to an explicit phrase such as “I consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day withdrawal right for delivered digital content.” If you did not tick this box, or if delivery has not yet started, your full 14-day withdrawal right applies and we will refund the price paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

2. SaaS subscriptions (via Paddle)
- First 14 days: full refund, no questions asked. Contact us or request via the Paddle receipt.
- Monthly billing: after 14 days, you can cancel anytime; no prorated refund for the current month, but no further charges.
- Annual billing: prorated refund on cancellation for unused full months, minus the Paddle transaction fee.
- Service outage: if our uptime falls below 99% in a month, we credit the downtime automatically.
3. One-time digital products (via Gumroad)
Because files are delivered instantly, we treat these as digital downloads:
- Refunds within 14 days of purchase are offered for products that are materially defective or undelivered (e.g. broken file, wrong template).
- Change-of-mind refunds after download are at our discretion; we err on the side of refunding if you haven't resold or redistributed the content.
- EU/UK consumers retain the 14-day withdrawal right described in § 1 unless they explicitly consented to immediate delivery (see § 1a).
4. One-click tools (pay-per-run)
- Failed runs (our error, timeout, corrupted output) are automatically refunded or re-run at no cost. Contact us if the system didn't catch it.
- Successful but unhelpful results are refundable within 7 days if you explain what went wrong — we use the feedback to improve prompts and models.
5. How to request a refund
- Email info@b2bzone.store with your order/receipt number.
- Tell us briefly why — it helps us fix the underlying issue.
- We reply within 2 business days. Paddle and Gumroad process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we almost always refund faster and without documentation back-and-forth. A chargeback filed without prior contact may result in the following:
- Immediate suspension of account access until the chargeback is resolved.
- Submission of our standard dispute response to Paddle / the card network, including order details, IP, delivery logs and terms acceptance.
- Where the chargeback is later ruled unfounded, the fee charged by Paddle (currently $15 per event) may be passed on, plus the original amount may be re-billed to restore service.
7. Statutory rights
If your local consumer-protection law grants a longer cooling-off period or additional rights, the longer period applies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, California Consumer Protection Act, or similar legislation in your jurisdiction.
