Do prices include VAT/sales tax?▾
Paddle adds local VAT/sales tax at checkout where applicable (EU, UK, some US states, AU, etc.). Gumroad does the same for digital goods. The price on the product page is always the base price — exactly what we and Paddle publish on Checkout.
Can I switch between Free, Pro and Business tiers?▾
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated charges apply on upgrade; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a yearly discount?▾
Where shown. Most SaaS plans will offer ~20% off on annual billing after launch — we're keeping monthly prices stable during pre-launch so they match what you see on the landing.
What happens if I cancel?▾
You keep access through the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees. Paddle lets you cancel from the receipt email.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Yes — see /refund-policy. For SaaS, 14 days from the first charge. For one-click tools, refunds are handled case-by-case via info@b2bzone.store.
Can I invoice my company instead of paying by card?▾
For subscriptions above $199/mo, yes. Write to info@b2bzone.store with your company details and we'll set up manual invoicing via Paddle.
